Bradley this work is a MERIT level well done. In order to increase the grade to a DISTINCTION level you will need to talk a little more about the team work and trust in others. I.e. why is it so imoprtant that you have trust in your belayer. Also with awareness of the environment you might like to mention how the weather might effect you or how you may have to walk into the cliff for several miles and therefore good navigational skills are needed.
